My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, convenient to the highway and activities in Lufkin. The rooms, however, fell short of my expectations with a lingering smell of cigarettes, lack of cleanliness, and mold in the shower. The service was a mix of disinterest and professionalism. Dining options were limited, but the hotel was well-equipped with everything needed nearby.
